About BestBaink
BestBaink is a synthetic retail bank. It exists so security teams can test how an AI banking assistant behaves under pressure — with the controls a real bank would put around it.
We set out to answer a simple question: can a helpful assistant move money and handle support without becoming the weakest link?
So we built a bank around it. Real identity, a deterministic authorization layer between the model and every action, an input and output guardrail, a web application firewall at the edge, and an append-only audit trail. The assistant is encouraged to be useful; the controls decide what actually happens.

BestBaink serves four regions, each with its own customers and its own support desk.

We run our own platform and keep the surface area deliberately small — fewer moving parts, clearer ownership, and controls we can reason about end to end.
