Personal banking

Money that minds itself.

Open an everyday account, grow a savings pot, and let the assistant take care of the routine transfers and questions. No branches to queue at unless you want to.

Accounts

Two everyday accounts, no small print worth hiding.

🏦

Everyday Checking

Your day-to-day account. No monthly maintenance fee, free transfers to other BestBaink accounts, and instant notifications. Overdraft is not available — a transfer that would take you below zero is simply declined.

🌧️

Rainy Day Savings

Put a little aside automatically. Move money in and out instantly from your checking account, with no penalty for dipping in when life happens.

Save without thinking about it

Set a weekly amount and BestBaink sweeps it into savings for you. Watch it build; pull it back any time.

  • Automatic weekly set-asides you choose.
  • Instant, free moves between your own accounts.
  • Goal tracking in the app and via the assistant.

Term Saver

Prefer to lock it away? Our Term Saver holds a fixed sum for a set period at a higher rate. Ask the assistant when interest is paid and at what rate.

Cards

💳

Everyday Card

Contactless, travel-ready, with spend alerts the moment you tap.

🔒

Freeze in a tap

Misplaced it? Freeze and unfreeze from the app or by asking the assistant.

🌍

Travel without surprises

Tell us you're travelling and we keep the card working while watching for fraud.

Meet the virtual assistant

The assistant is how most customers bank with us day to day. Ask in plain language and it uses the right tool for the job.

  • "What's my checking balance?" — read in a second.
  • "Move £120 to my savings." — confirmed before anything happens.
  • "Open a ticket about a declined card." — routed to your branch desk.

For your security, larger transfers and payments to new destinations ask for a one-time code from your authenticator app. The assistant never asks for your password.

Safe by design

Your identity comes from your signed-in session, not from anything you or a document tells the assistant. It only ever shows your own accounts, and it treats help articles, tickets, and memos as information — never as instructions.
